Who we are

This website, kenylabs.com, is operated by KENY ENTERPRISES LLC, a New York limited liability company trading as Keny Labs. We are the data controller for the information described here, and we are reachable at:

What this site does not do

We think this is the most useful place to start, because it covers most of what people want to know:

• No cookies are set by this website.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or session recording of any kind.
• No data is stored in your browser — no local storage, no session storage.
• No third-party scripts run on these pages. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal data.
• There is no user database. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us.

What we collect

The contact form. If you submit it, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you entered. We use them for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so a response reaches you.

The form includes a hidden field that people never see. If it arrives filled in, we treat the submission as automated and discard it without sending or reading anything.

Server logs. Like any web server, ours records standard request information, including IP address, the page requested, timestamp and browser user-agent. These logs exist to keep the service running and secure. They are not used to build profiles and are not combined with contact form submissions.

Who else processes it

Contact form messages are delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider, acting on our behalf. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox. They are the only third party involved in handling what you send us.

Once delivered, your message lives in our email inbox like any other correspondence.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are retained for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted when it is not. Server logs rotate on a short cycle. Nothing about you is kept in a database, because there isn’t one.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kenylabs.com and we will action it. Since the only thing we are likely to hold is an email thread you started, this is usually straightforward.

Our products

Krex AI, BusyBot, Vena and KenyRx are separate products with their own websites, their own accounts and their own privacy policies. This policy covers kenylabs.com only. Please read the policy on the product’s own site for how that product handles data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
